International orders must pay their country's taxes and duties upon arrival.

IMPORTANT: We require a physical address for all deliveries — P.O. boxes cannot be used.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping options are based on delivery time after your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process through our fulfillment center before shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
For all returns and exchanges, please email our Customer Service Department at contact@kazeyoga.com for instructions.
All returned Kazeyoga Mats that remain sealed in their original packaging with all tags intact will be refunded — minus the shipping cost — once pre-approved via email.
We do not provide a return shipping label for unused/unopened Kazeyoga mats.
Return Window: 30 Days.
Warranties
All Kazeyoga Mats include a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.
Please contact us directly at contact@kazeyoga.com and include a photo of the defective product for review.
We will examine it and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
Please treat your Kazeyoga Mat like any other towel or garment when washing and drying.
Colors may bleed slightly during the first few washes — we recommend washing separately.
Other Notes
Please care for your Kazeyoga Mat as you would for any premium performance fabric.
Wash gently, avoid harsh detergents, and hang dry whenever possible.
